Combatting bias

In 2014, we launched an education initiative focused on identifying and combatting unconscious bias in the workplace. The training enables participants to identify their own biases, respond to them and manage them. We have trained all those involved in partner assessment and graduate recruitment and have incorporated unconscious bias awareness into our career academy program for junior lawyers. Throughout 2016 we will be running workshops for all partners and will also be launching an e-learning module for all.
