Mitra Janes featured in the Top 50 Diversity Professionals in Industry

Mitra Janes, who recently won a We are the City Rising star award  has just been featured in the Top 50 Diversity Professionals in Industry category of The Global Diversity List, supported by The Economist.

The Global Diversity List (GDL) is the first assessment of individuals and companies with outstanding commitment to diversity, nominated by readers of The Economist. Its vision is to create the definitive global diversity standard that covers every strand of diversity, in every country, in the world.

The particular category Mitra features in recognises the achievements of individuals who have made the practice of diversity and inclusion their career and who currently work as a professional in the field of diversity.

Of Mitra, GDL says: "…she has implemented regional diversity and inclusion action plans for every region, introduced resource groups, ensured a progressive approach to agile working and the management of parental leave and has developed a diversity training curriculum focused on Unconscious Bias training."
